At New England Surfaces we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and support. As an organization built from three different companies that stretched from Northern Maine to Southern Connecticut, we have the combined experience required to cover a large geographic area and multiple product lines. These are just some of our value-added services: .

In Person Support: We have 10 Sales and Product Managers covering specific territory and product segment areas to provide you with on-site personal support.

On-line Support : A fully staffed customer service group can be reached via an 800 number, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, to process your orders and solve immediate issues. We also provide a 24-hour fax service so you never have to wait to send over your orders.

Training: Many of our customers require additional training on the products we distribute or are interested in carrying additional brands in their stores. We can customize product training sessions to fit your needs. We also provide Fabrication Training and support.

Marketing: We carry all product literature and samples for easy ordering. Plus we have an in-house marketing communications group to help our customers promote their businesses.

Promotions: Many of our manufacturers have product promotions throughout the year. We will do all the work to help you promote these programs, and you reap the benefits.

Customer Conference: The NES Summit is a FREE annual opportunity for you and your associates to network with other NES customers, manufacturer reps, NES management and more. We always provide a venue that is easily accessible and fun.
