Please review New England Surfaces’ Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Policy in the event that you must return materials to the warehouse. All materials returned to NES must be accompanied with an RMA number which can be obtained by contacting customer service. This number is necessary to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned materials.
In the event that NES has made an error, we will arrange for a return at our expense.
1. 5% restocking fee on all returned material.
a. Must be clean and in resalable condition.
b. Not applicable to warranty/defective issues.
2. Notification of concealed damage claims must be received within 10 days.
a. Customer should note any box damage on packing list at time of delivery.
b. If not delivered via NES truck, claim must be filed with delivering carrier.
3. Any warranty/defective claims must be reported to NES within the vendor mandated notification allowance of 10 days from delivery date.
4. All non-stock, custom or special orders are non-cancelable/non-returnable.
5. No returns will be honored after 30 days of invoice date.
6. If the RMA has been issued and is not available to pickup when NES driver arrives – the RMA will be cancelled.
Any request not covered within this policy must be reviewed by the Materials/Logistics Manager or Operations Manager prior to RMA issuance.
